How do I track my order?
 

You will receive a tracking number when you finish purchasing your items. You can use that number on the USPS website to track your order. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

At Ana Lee Chic we use the USPS system for shipping. You can pay for standard shipping, or if you pay extra you can get expedited shipping. If you are in the Boston area you can also message me on the let's chat section down at the bottom of the screen, or send an email to coordinate a place to pick up your purchase!

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

You can return an item by shipping it back to the return address. You can also return your item by chatting me down at the bottom of the screen or emailing me to coordinate where you can drop off your return.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Unfortunately right now we do not offer international delivery. Our apologies!

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

You may return your purchase within 30 days for store credit as long as it is not damaged in any way.
